Returns / Refunds

All Products are final sale and may not be returned or refunded or exchanged.

Digital Products

There are no returns, exchanges or refunds on downloaded digital products for any reason. Please contact us with any questions before purchase or any issues after downloading.

Shipping & Order Processing

All digital products are emailed immediately after purchase.

Processing and shipping times may vary. Saturdays and Sundays are not order processing days as we are only open Monday - Friday and closed for all major holidays.

After your order has been processed shipping takes 1 to 5 days depending on buyers zip code and could take up to 7 days or more during holidays. Tracking is provided with every order.

We offer free shipping on all orders through USPS Ground Shipping. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order is ready to ship.

Orders Not Received

If you did not receive your items, please contact the courier with your tracking number to inquire on where your package is.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for it for any reason (this includes, but is not limited to, theft after delivery). We are also not responsible for any damages to products incurred during transit. We ensure that all fragile items are packed securely. We advise you to contact the courier if you notice any damage to your items.

***All reports of lost orders must be provided to us, Pretty Fancy Designs,LLC within 5 day of order ship date so that we may check your account for accuracy on our end. If delivery confirmation has been provided by the courier, we are not responsible for any missing package or items from a package. 

Order Mistakes/Errors Upon Receipt of Package

***Once your package has been received, all reports of incorrect items, missing items, or damaged items must be reported to Pretty Fancy Designs, LLC within 1 day of receipt/delivery. Proof of error will be required and verified against our triple checked shipment verification process below. We will not be able to make any adjustments or replacements after this verification is made and items are verified as being packaged and shipped on our end.

Items Missing

Many times items that appear to be missing from an order are either hidden among packing peanuts, bubble wrap or in packaging paper. Please completely unpack everything and thoroughly search inside the box (and among packing materials such as peanuts, bubble wrap and paper) before calling us about a missing item. We know that mistakes happen so we have implimented a triple checked shipment verification process by our team before orders leave our faciity as follows: 

1. Packaging slip

2. Each item is counted, verified and checked off against the items listed on the packaging slip

3. Photo verification is taken of products in the order to prevent missing items listed on the packaging slip and then saved to your account for future reference
